Oral administration
Placed between the buccal mucosa and gingiva for oral administration, adults take 0.4 g (4 tablets) three times a day, usually for 12 weeks as one course of treatment.
Intramuscular and intravenous administration
(1) Adjuvant drugs that can be used for chemotherapy (cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, doxorubicin, bleomycin) can reduce the damage caused by chemotherapy without affecting the efficacy, thereby increasing the dosage of chemotherapy.
The initial dosage is 1500 mg/m2, dissolved in 100 ml of physiological saline or 5% glucose injection, and administered intravenously within 15 minutes; On the 2nd to 5th day, intramuscular injection of 600 mg per day. After cyclophosphamide treatment, intravenous infusion should be administered immediately for 15 minutes to alleviate the impact of chemotherapy on the urinary system. For cisplatin treatment, the dose of reduced glutathione should not exceed 35mg/mg cisplatin to avoid affecting chemotherapy, or follow medical advice.
(2) Can be used as an adjuvant therapy for liver damage caused by alcohol, viruses, drugs, and other chemicals.
① For viral hepatitis, 1200 mg, once a day, intravenous infusion, 30 days; ② Severe hepatitis, 1200-2400 mg, once a day, intravenous infusion, 30 days; ③ Active cirrhosis, 1200mg, once a day, intravenous infusion, 30 days; ④ Fatty liver, 1800 mg, once a day, intravenous infusion, 30 days; ⑤ Alcoholic hepatitis, 1800 mg, once a day, intravenous infusion, 14-30 days; ⑥ Drug induced hepatitis, 1200-1800 mg, once a day, intravenous infusion, 14-30 days.
(3) Used as an adjuvant therapy for radiotherapy, administered after irradiation at a dose of 1500 mg/m2, or as directed by a doctor.
(4) It can be used for the treatment of hypoxemia, with a dose of 500 mg/m, dissolved in 100 ml of physiological saline, administered intravenously, and maintained by intramuscular injection of 300-600mg per day thereafter.
(5) Attention to use: (300-600 mg) intramuscular injection must be completely dissolved in a clear and colorless solution. Intravenous injection administration, the drug can be dissolved by a dissolving solution and then slowly injected. Intravenous drip administration requires at least 20 ml of dissolving solution.
